His father, Nakorn Vejsupaporn, was lead and guitarist for the Thai band Grand Ex', which was active during the 1970s and 1980s.
Saksit began playing the piano at the age of three, and played for church from the age of nine.
Saksit began working with Boyd Kosiyabong, playing piano accompaniment in Boyd's Million Ways to Love Part 1 concert in 2003, and releasing a piano instrumental album of Boyd's compositions under the Bakery Music label in the same year.
Saksit released his first solo vocal album, Living in C Major, in February 2007. The song "Rak Ter" (Love You) became an instant hit, placing at number one on Seed 97.5 FM's charts for five weeks.
The Thai heartthrob has teamed up with China’s Joshua Jin for “Waiting For Love” (composed by ToR+ Saksit) and released the single hit in December this year.
The song was originally released in Thailand as a solo single by ToR+ named, "Sak Wan Kong Dai Jer”, while the duet was released in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia. It will also be included on Joshua’s new album release.
ToR+ also puts an unexpectedly upbeat spin on a goodbye song with his single "Promised Journey", softening the pain of a lover's separation with a promise that all is not over.
Starting with lilting vocals and nuanced, expressive piano, the ballad swells in intensity to encompass potent rock guitar and drums.
