杜安卿（英語：Joaquin Duato，1962年4月1日—）是一位美國-西班牙企業家，強生公司現任董事長兼執行長。中文名叫杜安卿。[2][3]
生平[編輯]
1962年出生於西班牙瓦倫西亞，受家庭影響比較深，母親是護士，祖父是兒科醫生，祖母是藥劑師，他會說英語、西班牙語和義大利語。 畢業於雷鳥全球管理學院。[4]1989年加入楊森製藥西班牙公司，[5]2002年移居美國，2011年升為執行副總裁，2018年升為執行委員會副董事長。[5][6]2021年8月被任命為執行長，2022年3月正式生效。[7][8]2022年11月被任命為董事長，2023年1月正式生效。[9]

2023年成為全球製藥公司薪酬最高的執行長，收入為2840萬美元，比2022年增長了117%。[10]
