San Diego-based Jack in the Box opened its second Louisville restaurant over the weekend, according to Louisville Business First.The newest Jack in the Box restaurant is located at 3232 Bardstown Road, near the intersection of Bardstown Road and Goldsmith Lane.Jack in the Box opened its first Louisville location at 10700 Dixie Highway in Valley Station in October. The company has also signed a deal to open more Louisville locations.
