The Wonder Girls may not be a household name in America yet, but back home in their native Korea, they are the equivalent of the Spice Girls. The all-female pop group’s reach has even spread to other countries in the Far East--my surprisingly hip 73-year-old Filipino aunt even knew about them before me. Their success in Asia has prompted the Wonder Girls to give it a go in the U.S. market, and the group is already off to a great start, making their primetime network television debut on So You Think You Can Dance? last December--performing their addictive first single, "Nobody"--and going on tour as the opening act for the Jonas Brothers.

We caught up with the Wonder Girls as they sat front row at the Milly Fall 2010 fashion show during New York Fashion Week. They revealed their plans to (hopefully) release a U.S. album this April, plus perform alongside more hot young artists-of-the-moment, like Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez.
