【Fostering Technological Advancements: CECCM Engages in Dialogue with Liuzhou OVM Machinery Co., Ltd.】 On 12th of April 2024, China Enterprises Chamber of Commerce in Malaysia (CECCM) and Liuzhou OVM Machinery Co., Ltd held a discussion meeting. President Ni Qingjiu and representatives from CECCM welcomed OVM's and stating that OVM, as a large enterprise specializing in prestressed technology, has always upheld a spirit of friendly cooperation and is an excellent partner for numerous large projects in Malaysia. President Ni Qingjiu expressed the hope that OVM could continue to collaborate closely with Chinese enterprises in the CECCM to deepen technical exchanges and professional cooperation between Malaysian and Chinese enterprises. 2024年3月25日，马来西亚中资企业总商会（简称：总商会）与中国社会科学院世界经济与政治研究所举行交流座谈会，就中资企业在马来西亚的投资和产业布局情况，以及中国和马来西亚的经贸关系以及区域经济合作现状进行深入沟通。总商会总财政杨志军及理事单位代表参加了座谈。 On 25th of March 2024, China Enterprises Chamber of Commerce in Malaysia (herein referred as CECCM) has held a discussion with the Institute of World Economics and Politics, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, focusing on the investment and development of China enterprises in Malaysia, as well as the current economic and trade relations between both nations. Minister Counsellor of the Economic and Commercial Office, Sun Shuqiang attended the meeting and provided guidance and suggestions. The meeting mainly discussed the arrangement and implementation of CECCM’s annual work plan, all committee actively offer and provide suggestions and ideas to contribute to CECCM’s work plan in the new year ahead. On December 28, a delegation from the Chinese Embassy in Malaysia, including representatives from the Economic and Commercial Office, held a discussion with the China Enterprises Chamber of Commerce in Malaysia (also referred to as CECCM) on risk prevention and control during the year-end and holiday periods, covering aspects such as production, information, and personnel safety. The President of CECCM, Mr. Zhang Min, and representatives from four vice president units attended the meeting. 2023年12月28日，中国驻马大使馆郑学方代办及经商处孙淑强公参一行与马来西亚中资企业总商会（简称：总商会）举行座谈，就年末及节假日期间的生产、信息、人员等安全风险防控进行提示和指导。总商会总会长张敏及4家副会长单位代表参加了会谈。 张敏总会长首先简要介绍总商会与马来西亚中国银行的情况，他表示马来西亚总体安全环境稳定，但中资企业仍需时刻保持警惕，确保各企业业务能稳定运营、做好各项安全风险防控工作，重视潜在问题及风险，以确保企业拥有及时处理危机能力及确保自身人员的安全。 中交马来西亚公司、中建马来西亚公司、中电建马来西亚公司及华为马来西亚公司也分别介绍了各在企业在马来西亚的经营情况，企业安全风险防控政策制度及采取的措施等情况。 郑学方代办首先通过总商会对所有中资企业致以节日问候和新年祝福，他表示，明年是中马建交50周年，两国将深入“落地、落实、落细”中马命运共同体的重要共识，迎来合作发展的重要窗口。同时，充分认识到安全风险防控的重要性和紧迫性，在马来西亚做好安全防控建设，也是展现中资企业承担社会责任的重要体现。为此，他提出了以下7项指导，呼吁中企会员切实履行： 加强安全风险监测和评估。马来西亚社会和经济整体平稳，但各企业也要具有风险意识，对潜在的安全风险及时进行评估并做好应对措施。 树牢风险防控底线思维，坚持人民至上，生命至上。 提升企业海外安保能力和水平。不断优化安保措施，日常加强培训，提高安全风险防控的敏感度。 做好风险隐患排查工作。各企业自主开展安全生产、公共卫生、自然灾害、火灾防控等各领域安全隐患排查工作，密切关注当地政府部门的政策发布与防疫规范措施。 加强员工及企业网络信息安全防范，建立完善的信息安全管理措施，包括实施信息分级管理，加强信息网络风险排查。 树立中企良好形象。企业要严格依法依规经营，遵守当地法律法规。主动融入并了解当地民情、社会文化习惯，积极履行社会责任。 提高应急处置能力。建立和完善应急响应机制，做好节日期间值班安排，确保在遇到紧急情况时，能及时启动预案并妥善处理。如有任何重大突发情况，要及时通报使馆。 孙淑强公参对各中资企业这一年来安全有序地开展业务、严格做好安全防控工作给予充分的肯定，并希望中资企业总商会继续发挥好平台作用，为中马经贸交流贡献更多力量。
