With a sleek design measuring in at 54 mm wide and 78.5 mm deep and weighing in at a mere 50, Toshiba’s new 5GB (MK5002MAL) HDD has a smaller footprint than a credit card and is lighter than a traditional pager. The 5GB HDD interface is ATA-5 compliant to support high transfer rates of 66.7 megabytes per second and can withstand operational shock of up to 200g and non-operating shock of up to 1000g.
