I had no idea soy sauce could be so good
It isn't exactly what I thought it would be, but then again, I never had anything like it. I expected a stronger, more condensed flavor profile of the "off the shelf" soy sauces, but I was wrong. It has its own rich flavor profile but isn't just "a stronger version" of the cheap stuff. I love it and wish I could get it a little cheaper but I know the complicated process of making and shipping such an item. A 5-star product made by a soy Jedi master! Best soy sauce and other thoughts.
This is the best soy sauce I have tasted and I will search it out in larger bottles. Premier-Japan is one of the best people I have dealt with. Don't know if I can say this is a good value, but it's excellent and I'll buy again. Yamaroku also makes one wiht kelp and bonito flavoring that I want to try.

Saw this on a Netflix special and had to try it since this is the last manufacturer of “real” soy sauce. It did not disappoint! I will be a long term customer so I hope it’ll stay around for a long time to come.

LOVE this! I've purchased multiple times for myself and as gifts. I was stunned and others are stunned at the flavor/umami. Makes other soy sauce taste like junk/salt water. No comparison. Worth the extra expense.
