Spent my Christmas in a new hotel near the river. The staff was helpful and courteous. The lobby was really cool, with a huge fountain and a lot of seating. The room was also big and had a great view of the city. The hotel had a restaurant and a bar, which was nice because we didn't have to go far to get some food and drinks.

I was not impressed with the price. It was very overpriced for what we got, especially considering it was Christmas.

I was impressed by the room advantages with private facilities, and the bar/lounge area and snack bar offers an excellent service.

The only negative aspect I found in this hotel was the strange currency exchange policy encountered nowhere else in China, where they only accept new clean bills. This caused inconvenience for both staff and customers.

The decorations in the hotel were stunning! It was perfect for the New Year festivities. The breakfast buffet was superb with a range of dishes to satisfy everyones tastes. The hotel's location in the city center was a plus, everything was within walking distance. I especially enjoyed the lovely view of the river from my room.

The language barrier with some of the staff members. It made communication a bit challenging at times and I had to resort to using a translation app on my phone.
