While they are open very late, only the drive through is actually open. Service was slow but about equal to what you'd expect from a DT later in the night. I'd never tried Jack in the Box before but felt like the quality of food for a fast food place late at night was acceptable.

That drive thru takes forever when there is only 1 car in front of you. They lack ambition and drive and care for anything and it shows

Out of curly fries. worker gave me attitude for having to call my wife who the food was for. got my order wrong. charge for sauce?! when did jack in the box start charging for ranch? ordered $25 worth of food and i can't get one ranch for each fry that i ordered? wow terrible, i won't be going back.

Onions on the Jumbo Jack burger were rotten. The chicken burger was fine since it didn't have onion but the fact that anything was rotten completely ruined the experience.

This place is colder inside than it is outside. They want to charge me for ranch when they have the person before me one for free. Terrible customer service.

Jeremy C.Bellevue, WA1638Jun 24, 2023Don't come at 11pm on a Saturday. They've taken at least 5 minutes per car in the drive thru. There were 7 cars in front of us. This is fast food not a sit down restaurant. They have you trapped once in the line. I'll never come back here again.

They wait till after I get to the window to say oh the machines is experiencing problems it'll be a moment. They hand me a shake that's runny like water. So I go back inside. After waiting 20 mins I finally got my shake. This all could've been avoided if you guys would service ur machines like your supposed to

I actually hate this place, the lady rolls her eyes at us after she tells us back our order and it's wrong like always, she rolls her eyes at us when we ask for sauce. my fries are always cold. and this lady shut the window on us and we sat there for quite literally 20 minutes. I don't know why she's never been fired. Please save yourself and go to a different jack in the box.
