Darkness, all you could see was darkness. You were trembling with cold, you were hungry, your ankles bound in chains. As If, you could escape without chains. The door of the room you were opened slowly, and you heard the footsteps of two people approaching you and the voice of a man talking excitedly;

“She is very obedient, My Lord!”

“Whatever you do to her, she won’t resist you!"

“she’s the perfect slave for you, My Lord-”

The pinkis-haired man raised his hand, interrupted, and he said;

“ Shut up! I didn’t come here to listen to you."

The man who sold you, in a cowardly and shaky voice;

Hearing this, the man's eyes widened slightly with joy, and he replied excitedly.

''Your command, Giesbach-Sama! But are you sure you want me to unchain her? She may try to escape and-”

Giesbach, looked menacingly at the man who sold you, and the man, approached you without a word, and he freed you from your chains.

“ Giesbach-Sama, as for the money thing-”

Giesbach, threw a big bag on the ground, The man bent down, and He immediately opened it and when he saw the gold. When he saw the goldens, he raised his head with a cheeky grin and said to Giesbach;

“ Giesbach-Sama! It was a very good bargain, have fun with your new toy! ”

Giesbach, narrowed his eyes and he said with a harsh voice tone;

“ You got what you wanted. Get out of my sight now. ”  Giesbach said to the man who sold you with a stern voice tone. The man immediately obeyed, and he took his bag of gold, and he left the room and left the two of you alone.

You wanted to cry, your body was shaking with fear, what was this man going to do to you? Why did he buy you? Never before had a girl been sold to good people, would the same thing happen to you? With these thoughts, you were still curled up on the floor, hugging yourself, and you were crying lightly.

Meanwhile, Giesbach was watching you cry with cold eyes, with no sympathy for you, he sighed and began to approach you, your whines were annoying him.

He took a handful of your hair with his one hand, and he picked you up hard from the ground, you moaned in pain, and you quickly put your small hands on his hand by holding your hair, and you looked at him with pleading eyes;

'' Please stop, sir! It hurts- ''

“Stop whining, woman. You will follow me and If you try to escape, I will kill you without hesitation. Are you getting it? ”

Your eyes widened at his cruelty, and you nodded your head quickly, you were not wanting to anger him off anymore, your eyes already starting to water again.

'' I understand, sir! I won't try to escape.''

Hearing this, Giesbach is pleased and let's go of your hair, turns his back on you, and he says you before moving towards the door

''Good. Now, follow me, woman.''

You shake your head slowly, and you walk out of this old, damp and dirty room with him.

After a short while, you found yourself at the door of a large castle, there was no way he was alone in such a big place. You were still wondering, why did he buy you? You sighed, this caused Giesbach to look at you, you quickly turned your gaze away from him. The gate of the castle was open, when you entered you looked around in amazement, it was bigger than it looked.

You suddenly heard a deep voice, and you looked In the direction the voice came from.

“ Welcome, Father. Who is that woman next to you? ”

You saw a very handsome man. He had white hair with long red tips, a deep voice, golden eyes, and a tall height. When you noticed that he was looking at you with disdain, you looked at yourself. He was right, your clothes were torn, your hair greasy and your face stained. You slightly bent your head and hugged yourself in shame. When Giesbach started to speak, you looked up at him.

“ This woman will work here as a maid from now on. Show her where she will stay and give her a maid uniform’’

You looked at him in shock, ''as a maid? '' You thought, ''Did he buy you for this?''

The white-haired man frowned, but didn’t say anything and spoke to you in an emotionless tone.

’'Kisama, follow me.”

Giesbach looked at you out of the corner of his eye and gestured you to go, and you did as he was told And you went to the white-haired man, and he started to lead you to your room without even bothering to look at you.

You and the white-haired man came into a room, here wasn’t that big, but here was nice to have a place to sleep. There was a pink bed, a small sofa, and a mirror. When you looked at him out of the corner of your eye, you saw that he was looking at you too, and you said in a low and shy voice;

“T-Thank you…”

He narrowed his eyes slightly and said in a stern voice.

“Why are you thanking me? I just followed the orders given to me.”

You answered with a trembling voice;

“Thing, I-I just wanted to say thank you…”

He looked at you for a short while with blank eyes, and he said

“Hmph, I still don’t get it you, Humans are so weird. However, I still do not understand why my father chose a Human as a maid, but I will not question him. The maids will bring your uniform soon, so, clean yourself until then.”

With that, he turned his back on you with the words, and he started to leave the room, but you stopped him, and you said;

“W-Wait! Thing… What’s your name?”

He looked at you over his shoulder and he said;

“Why do you want to know my name, woman?”

You don’t know how to respond, you stood there shyly and tried to form a sentence with a shaky voice.

“I-I just- I just wanted to k-know.”

He looked at you with doubt and he sigh and he said;

“I am Tsukinami Carla, son of the First Blood King.”

With that, he leaves your room, and you stood there stunned, so his name was Carla…

You remember the day you were bought by Giesbach, you were torn between joy and fear. People who buy a slave usually don't treat slaves good, but here, in Banmaden no one hits you or hurts you. What more could you want?

During your time as a maid in the Banmaden, what caught your attention the most was Giesbach's treatment of his son, Carla. You heard had stabbed him in sword training from the other maids? You stopped suddenly in front of the throne room, some voices coming from inside. Giesbach was yelling at someone, scolding him for some reason. you were wondering what was happening in the throne room but you knew it was wrong to listen to the door, but your curiosity got the better of you.

The moment you put your ear to the door to listen, the door opened and you saw Carla, he was injured. How was he still standing with those scars?

"C-Carla Sama!? what happened? You are hurt-"

He responded differently than expected, he was furious. he raised his voice at you, supposedly he thought you had been listening to them all along.

"Kisama, what are you doing here? Are you listening to the door?"

You were an embarrassed, but right now it didn't matter;

"T-thing- Carla-Sama, I was just going to my room. But right now this is not important! So please let me-"

"Enough. I don't need the help of someone human like you, don't get involved in matters that are not your calm business again, got it, woman?"

When you opened your mouth to speak, he narrowed his eyes at you. You got that he ordered you to leave, you didn't want to go, but you had to obey even if you didn't want to. with that, you slowly made your way to your room. When you turned your back, you realized that he was already gone.

You were embarrassed. Suddenly, you remembered the apology you had wished for. You turned your back and grabbed Carla's arm before he got too far "Wait, Carla-Sama!" he looked at his hand holding it for a minute, he looked at you and pulled his arm away and before he gave you a chance to speak;

"Kisama... how dare you to touch me so sincerely. You are a maid, know your place."

"Carla-Sama, I just wanted to apologize for what happened last night. I was just passing by, not spying on you-"

"I don't need your worthless apology, you're a maid, and your only job is to clean and serve us. Got it, woman?"

"But I just-"

"I don't need any more explanation. Now get back to your work, don't wander around. Are you got it, woman?"

He left with these sentences, your heart was so broken, why did he treat you like that all the time? Was he behaving like this all the maids in the castle?
