It’s not really breaking news to say Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James is good. The 33-year-old has wowed basketball fans numerous times over his career. At this point, you would think it would be hard for James to still do things that make you say “wow.”

But that’s the beauty of LeBron James. No matter how many unbelievable highlights he produces, there’s always a chance he’ll show you something new.

That’s precisely what James did prior to Thursday night’s game against the Denver Nuggets. During warmups, James decided to show off his range by draining shots from the Lakers’ logo.

In the video, James hits three straight shots from nearly halfcourt with ease. He then finishes things off with a dunk, because why not? Even people who get to watch Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry every night have to admit that’s pretty impressive.

While James may have been showing off, he also delivered during the game. His triple-double helped lead the Lakers to a 121-114 victory over the previously unbeaten Nuggets.

Maybe James just wants to make sure he can hit from anywhere if the game comes down to a last-second shot.

It didn’t come to that Thursday night. The Lakers surged back in the fourth quarter to take down the Nuggets 121-114.
