刘学端

教授
刘学端,男,1964年生,湖南省湘乡市人,博士,教授。1986年毕业于湖南农业大学获农学学士学位,1989于北京农业大学获农学硕士学位,随后分配到湖南农业大学从事植物病理教学与科研工作,分别于1992年晋升为讲师,1997年晋升为副教授,2000年5月考取美国橡树岭国家实验室与湖南农业大学联合培养博士生,8月赴美师从著名的美籍华裔微生物学家周集中博士,从事微生物基因芯片与功能基因组学的研究,2003年12月完成学业回国,获博士学位,2004年晋升为教授。

刘学端,出国前主要从事植物病理学,特别是植物病毒学的教学与科研工作,是湖南省重点学科和重点课程---植物病理学学科建设的主要实施者,植物病理学被评为湖南省优秀重点课程,教改课题获湖南省教学成果2等奖(排名第4),科研获湖南省科技进步1等奖(主要朵户研究人员)和3等奖(排名第2)各1项。在美国橡树岭国家实验室的3年多多院浆狱旋时间里,先灶婆炼后承担了与微生物分子生态和功能基因组学捆迁有关的5项樱泪腊课题,特别是开创性地府恋键蒸发展和应用基因芯片技术进行环境微生物群落分析和基因功能解析,已发表SCI论文20余篇,被SCI引用200多次;主编和参编待出版的专著各1部,在各类国际会议上发表论文和摘要15殃精判篇。
